- How much does EV charger installation cost?
- Our prices are published: $795 if you already own your charger, $1,995 with a smart charger included ($1,395 after the $600 rebate). Special situations — runs over 10 m, finished walls, outdoor mounts — are also published, not hidden. Use our estimator: your range in 60 seconds.
- Can my electrical panel handle a charger?
- In most homes, yes — sometimes thanks to a smart load-management device that avoids a costly panel upgrade. We confirm it free with 5 photos of your panel before locking your price. If work is needed, the price is agreed in advance.
- How does the $600 rebate work?
- The government program reimburses $600 for the purchase and installation of an eligible smart charger installed by an RBQ-licensed contractor — which is exactly what we are. It's a reimbursement paid to the vehicle owner: with the Turnkey package we supply an eligible charger and hand you, on installation day, a complete ready-to-submit kit (compliant invoice, proof of eligible model, serial number, RBQ attestation). You submit it online in minutes and the government mails you a $600 cheque in 4–6 weeks. The program ends December 31, 2026.
- How fast can you install my charger?
- Your installation date is set at booking and guaranteed in writing: every business day of delay credits you $50 (max $300). EV arriving soon? Tell us — we install before delivery.
- Do you install Tesla chargers?
- Yes — Wall Connector (gen 3), Universal Wall Connector, and power sharing between two vehicles. If you already have your Tesla charger, that's the Éclair package at $795, fixed price.
- Who does the installation?
- The master electrician himself — the person who answers is the person who installs. No call center, no subcontractor. RBQ licence shown on every quote.
